For many who are looking for something special for their coffee table, our Almond Stollen is already the ideal. But our bakers have developed it further and created a tempting treat from it. The highlight here is the dark chocolate used, as it is not too sweet and therefore has a particularly intense aroma.

As is typical for our almond variety, the Stollen does not contain sultanas. Instead, it is peppered with almond slivers, which conjure up a truly exciting experience in the mouth. Also included are fine chocolate pieces. These melt gently during baking and thus form intensive islands of cocoa in the buttery dough. The whole thing is then crowned not by a layer of icing sugar as usual, but with a crunchy chocolate coating. This makes this biscuit simply irresistible! 

Feast all year round!

If you read it that way, it is almost a pity to be able to enjoy such a treat only during the short Advent season. That's why we have decided that the Chocolate Stollen will be offered all year round. Because let's be honest: chocolate is also delicious in spring, tastes just as good in summer and provides the best comfort during the first rainy days in autumn.

It is best to store the cake in a cool and dark place, for example in the refrigerator, then it will keep for about 4 weeks. For even longer enjoyment, you can also slice and freeze it.
